About the event
In this 90 minute online class, Gillian will guide you through specialized ball rolling techniques to penetrate through skin, fascial layers, and muscle. Learn techniques to relieve tension, reduce inflammation, enhance breathing, soothe the nervous system, and positively alter your perception of pain and discomfort. Take what you learn here and continue your self-care practice at home.
I will be using Yoga Tune Up balls during this class but I can suggest alternate "props" you will have around the house that you can substitute for this class.
