In this 2 hour workshop, Gillian will guide you through specialized ball rolling techniques to penetrate through skin, fascial layers, and muscle. Learn techniques to relieve tension, reduce inflammation, enhance breathing, improve athletic recovery and performance, increase range of motion, soothe the nervous system, and positively alter your perception of pain and discomfort. Take what you learn here and continue your self-care practice at home.
