Do I have to do all the activities? No. Participation in activities is optional and you can absolutely partake in the retreat in the way that feels best for you! We are all getting away from the lab/office/life and returning to the wild... do what you need to get the most from the experience.

In Costa Rica, you are on Tico Time... things are flexible.

Double Occupancy is the responsibility of the booking individuals - we will not place you with a roommate. King size rooms can be made into 2-single beds. Please register with a roommate and communicate with Gillian of your intentions by emailing bodylabsyoga@gmail.com

Note not all meals are covered in the retreat as there will be time to explore the beachside town of Tamarindo, finding your meal along the way. Plan to bring USD$ as this is widely accepted in Costa Rica.
