We can all agree... the experience of pain is unpleasant at the very least.

But what happens when we pause to give pain a voice? What is your pain trying to tell you? How can you cultivate your relationship with your pain so that it can serve its purpose?

In this 90 minute Master Class we will explore the reasons why pain doesn't always act in the ways we expect, how to approach your relationship with pain, and relaxation techniques to practice.
