In this 90 minute workshop, you will learn:

  • the anatomical structures that help process physical information such as proprioception and balance

  • Understand how emotional wellness is linked to the somatosensory cortex and how to "tap into" this through movement modalities such as Yoga

  • Gain awareness of everyday practices to develop and enhance mind-body connection
