Tuesday Evening Live Virtual Class From my home to yours!  Join me Tuesdays this fall September 15 - October 13 (5 week session) to unwind and settle your breath. Class will be 60 mins in length, 8:00PM - 9:00PM. The perfect way to finish your day.  This class will be live over Zoom. All details will be emailed to participants before Sept 15.
