Most of us are spending a lot more time with technology now than we did even 6 months ago. Add this to the extra stresses we are experiencing and you may have noticed your shoulders, neck and jaw have become more "tight". You may be experiencing more headaches or lack of sleep. Self massage techniques may be able to mitigate some of these complaints.
Join Yoga and Functional Movement instructor Gillian for this workshop to unwind physical tension with a guided full body roll out with special attention to the muscles affected by “Tech Neck”. Learn what fascia is and what impacts a fascial practice can have on your body and its movements.
Zero yoga experience required.
Fascial rolling balls recommended but not required for the workshop. Alternative props can be suggested upon request.
Yoga Tune Up balls can be purchased through Gillian in advance of the workshop date.
