About the Event
This 3 hour workshop, led by Kat & Gillian, will focus on providing strategies to downregulate the nervous system in times of stress and uncertainty.
We will come together to share and explore tools to support the physical and mental self as we transition into the quieter days of the winter months. Enjoy a practice based in somatic movements and fascial rolling (balls will be provided) and finish off the workshop with guided meditation.
