About the event
The “F” word is pretty popular in the yoga world these days. But do you understand fascia and how it relates and communicates with the rest of your tissues?
Leave knowing:
· What fascia is · Why it matters to a movement practice · Understand the emerging science behind fascia · Know how to apply your new knowledge to an experiential practice · Experience how fascial rolling techniques can wake up “blind spots” and support a whole-body approach to movement
Developed with the inquisitive student and emerging teacher in mind, this workshop will delve deep into the anatomy of the human form and its many variations. Breaking down the human body as it pertains to a movement practice and allowing exploration of your own personal alignment from the inside out, this series will provide you with tools to teach or practice with more confidence and clarity.
Fascial rolling balls will be available for use at the workshop.
Early Bird Price until March 17.
