Research tells us that a healthy mind-body connection has direct impact on the maintenance and healing of our nervous and endocrine systems and helps to increase immunological thresholds... but how, and why?

Through a physical exploration of Yoga asana, touch, and mindful techniques we will gain greater body awareness.
