About the Course

The Anatomy of Breathing will give you a whole-body understanding of how to support the wholeness of the breath and how the visceral, fascial, and neural connections affect the efficiency of the breath. ​ What you get:

  • explore your own breathing patterns and how these show up in your physical, mental, and emotional life

  • in depth study of the visceral, neural, and fascial connections of the breath

  • explore pranayama and kundalini practices in relation to our anatomy and physiology

  • be able to apply fascial and asana practices to integrate concepts
