The Body Lab Library

A living archive for movement teachers who want to understand the body as a whole entity, not just move it.

 

 

The Body Lab Library is an evolving archive of on-demand courses and monthly teachings exploring anatomy, the nervous system, fascia, psychology, and the human experience through the lens of movement.

It is designed for yoga teachers, movement educators, bodyworkers, and allied professionals who are seeking ongoing education beyond the foundational 200-hour training, and who value clarity, depth, and integration over accumulation of hours.

This is not a certification.

It is a professional learning environment.​

Who is This For?

The Body Lab Library is for practitioners who:

  • Have completed a foundational teacher training (200hr or equivalent) and want to continue learning

  • Are teaching regularly and want their work to feel more grounded, informed, and coherent

  • Are interested in anatomy and neurophysiology as living systems, not static content

  • Want access to high-quality education without committing to long, linear trainings

This space may not be a fit if you are seeking emotionally focused group work, ritual-based spaces, or physically intensive practice.

What's included:

  • A growing archive of 15+ indepth courses, including topics such as:

    • The role of the psoas in stability, posture, and stress response​

    • The Gut-Brain axis and its relevance to mood, energy, and regulation

    • Fascia as a sensory and communicative system

    • Nervous system regulation in movement and daily life

  • One new content release each month​

(lecture, applied inquiry, or case study)​

  • A focused self-led learning environment designed to support reflection and integration.

All content is pre-recorded and available on demand.

How this differs from most trainings:

Most continuing education follows a linear model: modules → milestones → completion.

The Body Lab Library follows a different approach:

  • knowledge can be revisited over time

  • ideas integrate, mature, and interconnect

  • learning is self-directed, reflective, and non-urgent

  • professional learning is continuous
